The more I focused my energy on the worry the stronger my anxiety attack became. So with the assistance of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my anxiety.

It would be a lie to say I am nervousness free, however I'm much more able to deal with anxiety, I've more coping strategies. Dealing with anxiety is now much simpler for me.
